1. Full Refund Period
You may request a full refund within 14 days of course enrollment if:
- You have completed less than 25% of the course content
- You are unsatisfied with the course quality or content
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing course materials
- The course does not match the description provided at enrollment
2. Partial Refund Policy
After the 14-day period, partial refunds may be available:
- Days 15-30: 50% refund if less than 50% of content accessed
- Days 31-60: 25% refund for documented technical issues only
- After 60 days: No refunds unless required by Canadian consumer protection laws
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Digital patterns and templates once downloaded
- One-on-one instructor consultations after they've occurred
- Physical materials or sewing kits shipped to your address
- Certificates of completion once issued
- Courses completed beyond 90% of total content
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our student services team within the applicable time frame
- Provide your enrollment details and reason for the refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Special Circumstances
We understand life happens. We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:
- Medical emergencies with appropriate documentation
- Military deployment orders
- Other extraordinary circumstances reviewed case-by-case
6. Canadian Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws. Residents of certain provinces may have additional cancellation rights beyond those outlined here.
7. Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value within 6 months of original purchase, subject to availability.
